Rooted in mechanical trades, Halo is born out of an innate understanding of what it takes to build, maintain, and sustain a building which serves often dynamic purposes. A building is more than a structure - it is a unique and complex ecosystem of natural materials, mechanicals, and features built with the environment and sun at the forefront of its design platform. Fascinated by sustainable passive house and net zero building energy design - our focus aims to take these principles and combine them with occupant comfort, air quality design, and local natural elements to provide and maintain a product that will thrive with our planet.

Halo Building Enterprises is a full service Construction Company dedicated to building, improving, and maintaining commercial and residential properties in New York City. Founded in 2019 and based in New York, our team is ready to partner with you to help navigate the complexities of the ever changing building codes, rules and regulations, and energy upgrades as our planet moves towards a renewable future. Our multi- generational management team has a combined 250 years of construction and MEP experience, and our President is currently a graduate student in Sustainability at Harvard University. It is important to keep our feet planted on our experienced leaders who have paved the way for us, while at the same time holding the newer generations on their shoulders while they are reaching for the sky. We aim to use our experience to build with intent, with a penetrating focus on building while preserving our planet for our future.
